You can receive advanced support from familiar faces without ever having to relocate to an unfamiliar neighborhood.

Are there guest suites available for visiting family members?
Yes. To make family visits easy & stress-free, we offer comfortable, on-property guest rooms (often referred to as Bed & Breakfast accommodations) that out-of-town relatives can rent directly through our front desk.

Yes. We understand that pets are a vital part of your family & our close-knit neighborhood. We proudly welcome small dogs & cats, offering direct access to beautiful walking paths & green spaces bordering West Fairmount Park. Your monthly fee covers:
- Your spacious independent apartment home with a full kitchen & in-suite laundry.
- All standard utilities (electricity, water, high-speed cable, individual phone service, & heating).
- Complete interior & exterior home maintenance, including lawn care, snow removal, & prompt appliance repairs.
- Regular housekeeping services to keep your living space pristine.

Other Community Questions
Are overnight guests allowed?
Yes, as long as we have availability and are notified in advance. All guests are asked to sign in and out of the community so that we can ensure the safety of all residents and guests. At all times, the facility should be made aware of anyone in the building so authorities can be notified if there’s an emergency.
Are residents encouraged to participate in activities?
Yes, our Life Enrichment team encourages all residents and reminds them to participate in activities/programs of interest to the resident.
How do I find out information about daily activities for me or my loved one?
Daily programming is shared via our LifeLoop Activities Calendar Page.
Are religious services offered on-site?
There are several options available, but you need to check the calendar for dates and locations, including Catholic communion, rosary and confessions, non-denominational Bible and prayer groups, as well as Jewish services.
Is housekeeping offered?
Yes. Housekeeping is included at no additional charge.
Are laundry services offered?
Yes, laundry is included.
Do you provide cable TV and wi-fi?
We provide basic cable but wi-fi or additional cable packages are the responsibility of residents.
Are visitors allowed at any time, or are there specific visiting hours?
Visiting hours for family and friends are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but most families visit between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
